For each project a lead manager is appointed to oversee the work of the translators and editors, guarantee completion by the agreed deadline and provide additional quality assurance at every stage, from the initial assessment of the assignment to the client’s views on the work performed.
A team is put together for each project, comprising translators, editors, proofreaders and a project manager. Team members are selected on the basis of their specialization after a detailed assessment of the subject matter and terminological complexity of the original material.
Continuous feedback ensures ongoing improvement in the quality of our services. A glossary is compiled for each client and regularly updated on the basis of client feedback – a system that guarantees the terminological consistency of translations performed by different translators at different times.
